Supply of IT Equipment

The University of Education Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on a LOT Wise Basis from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). The procurement is for supply of IT equipment to the University in Lahore. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer (159 units) - Laptops (14 units) - Switch POE 24 Port (3 units) - LED Monitor 24" Full HD (5 units) The bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per PPRA 2014 rules. Bidders must submit bids electronically via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost at PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and University website http://ue.edu.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to require original affidavit for physical verification if necessary. Bid validity is 90 days.
