Supply of IT Equipment Plotter for Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi

Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from reputed IT firms experienced in supplying IT equipment and accessories. The procurement is specifically for a Plotter with a quantity of 02 Nos. Items being procured: - Plotter (02 Nos) Detailed specifications for the items can be obtained from the Directorate of Research & Support (IT Cell) Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ Rawalpindi or downloaded free of cost from the MES website (www.mes.gov.pk). Prices quoted must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per prescribed rules. Firms must provide sales tax and income tax certificates and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL). In case of delay, Liquidated Damages at 1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the total order value will be charged. Queries related to the tender will be entertained only until one week prior to the submission deadline. The President Local Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. The last date for submission of quotations is 16 September 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening on the same day at 1200 hours. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
