Supply of Lab Kits, Chemicals, Reagents, Disposable Items, Angiography Items, Stationery, and Printing Material for PIMS Islamabad

Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of the PPRA Rules 2004 through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) 2.0 for the supply of various items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is aimed at supporting the Pathology Department, Angiography and Angioplasty procedures, Sehat Sahulat Program, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, and general hospital needs. Items being procured: - Lab Kits, Chemicals, Reagents & Disposable Items for Pathology Department (Annual Contract Basis) - Items required for Angiography and Angioplasty Procedures for PIMS, Sehat Sahulat Program & Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (2-Year Period) - Stationery Store Items for Financial Year 2026-27 - Printing Hospital Material for Financial Year 2026-27 - Prequalification of Firms for Supply of Drugs and Medicines (Bulk Purchase) to PIMS and SSP funded Patients (2-Year Period) The scope covers supply of medical consumables, chemicals, reagents, disposable items, angiography-related materials, stationery, printing materials, and bulk medicines. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Technical bids and financial bids will be submitted through the EPADs 2.0 portal. Original CDR, undertaking on judicial paper, and tender receipt copy must be submitted physically at the Purchase Department, PIMS, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on 29-08-2026. Tender fee is Rs. 2,000 per tender, available from Accounts Branch PIMS after vetting. The last date for issuance of tender schedules is 28-08-2026 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened on 29-08-2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. For eligibility, firms should have relevant experience and comply with PEC category requirements if applicable. Earnest money and bid security must be provided as per tender documents.
