Supply of Medical Equipment and Consumables for KP-EPADS

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Planning and Development Secretariat (KP-EPADS) invites bids for the supply of various medical equipment and consumables to support healthcare facilities in Peshawar. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the medical infrastructure and ensuring availability of essential health supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Oxygen Concentrator (400,000 PKR) - Health Care Equipment for Hospitals (400,000 PKR) - Zinc Sulphate Tablets (20,000 PKR) - Medical Oxygen Cylinders (400,000 PKR) - Anti-Malaria Drugs and Insecticides (300,000 PKR) - Vaccines and Immunization Supplies (300,000 PKR) - Disposable Medical Syringes (200,000 PKR) - Surgical Instruments (300,000 PKR) - Anesthesia Equipment (200,000 PKR) - Paracetamol Tablets (300,000 PKR) - Emergency Medical Kits (50,000 PKR) - Blood Bags and Related Supplies (200,000 PKR) - Laboratory Chemicals and Reagents (400,000 PKR) - Medical Consumables and Disposables (500,000 PKR) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality medical equipment and consumables suitable for hospital use, including oxygen concentrators, essential medicines, vaccines, surgical instruments, and laboratory chemicals. The supplies must meet the standards set by the health authorities and be delivered to the designated healthcare facilities in Peshawar. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). They should have relevant experience in supplying medical equipment and consumables and comply with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per the specified amounts for each item. The tender submission deadline is 11 August 2023 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned at the KP-EPADS office in Peshawar. Late submissions will not be entertained.
