Tender Description
The District Head Quarter Hospital Lakki Marwat invites sealed bids from contractors and suppliers registered with sales tax and income tax departments for the supply of various medical and hospital items during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods and Services Rules-2014.

The scope includes supply of furniture, medical gas cylinder filling, laboratory and dental chemicals, anesthesia items, disposable items, X-Ray films, vaccines, bedding clothing, washing items, contingency items, stationery, printing materials, and repair services for machinery and furniture. All items will be supplied at DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat without transportation charges.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with the Finance Act (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.XXI of 2013). Earnest money of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of bank drafts from scheduled banks in favor of DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat. Bidding documents are available at DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat during working hours.
Bidding will follow a single stage-one envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules-2014. Separate bids are required for each item. Bids must be delivered by courier or post to the office of the Medical Superintendent before 11:00 hours on 29th August 2026. Opening will be at 12:00 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and provide FBR tax payer list registration with their quotations.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under clause-47 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring entity may communicate reasons for rejection to bidders upon request.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your earnest money bank draft is correctly prepared and submitted with your bid to avoid disqualification. Also, submit separate bids for each item to comply with the tender requirements.
