Tender Description
Govt Mian Meer Hospital Lahore DHQ invites bids for supply of medicines and medical devices for fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent office in Lahore, Punjab. This tender is open to financially sound firms or agencies with a reputable background in pharmacy business, having a shop in Lahore with comprehensive storage facilities and a valid retail drug sale license (Category A) on Form 9.

- Local Purchase of Medicines (Multi National) as per Annex A
- Local Purchase of Medicines (National) as per Annex B
- Local Purchase of Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable Items as per Annex C
The scope covers framework contracts for local purchase of medicines and medical devices including surgical disposables. Bidders must quote discounts based on retail prices fixed by DRAP and comply with LP guidelines issued by Health & Population Department. For medical devices and surgical disposables, pricing must align with market prices notified by Drug Control Wing through Directorate of Drug Control Punjab.
Eligibility requires firms to have valid FBR registration, ATL status, and relevant experience in pharmaceutical supply. Bid security must be submitted as CDR or Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 180 days. Hard copies of bids must be submitted alongside e-bids to the Medical Superintendent office before bid opening.
Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 2026-07-28 at 10:00 am, with closing and opening dates on 2026-08-05 and 2026-08-06 respectively at 10:00 am and 11:00 am.
