Supply of Medicines for Sehat Sahulat Program at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral and Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar

The Medical Superintendent of District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral and Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral, invites online Re-Tenders through E-PADS (www.eorocure.gov.pk) from eligible, registered, licensed, and well-reputed Chemists/Distributors for the supply of medicines for patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicines for Medical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Surgical Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Dialysis Unit at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Eye & ENT Ward at District Headquarter Hospital Lower Chitral - Medicines for Gynae Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral - Medicines for Paeds Ward at Women & Children Hospital Jang Bazar, Lower Chitral The successful bidder's medical store or drug sale outlet must be located within the hospital premises or within 100 meters to ensure immediate and uninterrupted availability of medicines to patients. Separate bids and Bid Security (CDR) are required for each category. Original Bid Security amounting to Rs. 300,000/- per category in favor of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral must reach the office before the deadline. Cheque, Pay Order, or other forms of security are not acceptable. Bids must be submitted only through E-PADS; manual or email submissions will not be entertained. The rate quotation must be computerized on the firm's letterhead; handwritten quotations are not accepted. Approved rates remain valid until 30th June 2027. The Drug Sale License must be in the name of the concerned firm or chemist. For payment, original/certified prescriptions issued by doctors must be attached. Only financially sound and stable firms/chemists should participate due to possible payment delays from the Insurance Company. Bids will be opened online on 09-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Institutional Purchase Committee. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. A practical tip for bidders is to verify their Drug Sale License with the Drug Inspector of Lower Chitral before submission to avoid rejection due to unverified licenses.
