Tender Description
The Mufti Mahmood Memorial Teaching Hospital (MTI) in Dera Ismail Khan is procuring motorcycles and medicines for the financial year 2026/2027. This procurement is based on a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, inviting qualified suppliers to submit their tenders by the deadline of 17th July 2026 at 10:30 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the hospital's conference room.
The scope includes the supply of motorcycles and three types of medicines as specified by the hospital. The procurement is managed by the hospital directorate, ensuring that all items meet the required standards for hospital use. Interested bidders must obtain the tender documents from the hospital office by submitting a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying medical and transport equipment to healthcare institutions will be advantageous. The earnest money or CDR requirements will be detailed in the tender documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in accordance with the tender conditions. The submission deadline is strict, and late bids will not be entertained. The tender opening will be conducted transparently in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including valid registration certificates and earnest money, are complete and attached to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any unforeseen issues before the closing date. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers to engage with a reputable healthcare institution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and contribute to its operational efficiency.
