Supply of Spare Parts for Various Vehicles and Cranes by Pakistan Navy

Sealed quotations are invited from firms registered with MODP/Pakistan Navy and reputed GST registered firms for the provision of spare parts for various vehicles and cranes. The procurement is managed by the Pakistan Navy in Karachi. Items being procured: - VEH NO 8022 PN Tadano Crane 70 Ton Model 1997 of Complete Engine Overhauling Work - VEH NO 8032 PN XCMG Crane Model 2011 of Radiator Assy, Air Cylinder, Accelerator Sensor Work - VEH NO 8026 PN Tadano Crane Model 2001 of AML Panel, Pulley, LCD Screen, Programmable IC Work - VEH NO 8037 PN Tadano Crane Model 2012 of Complete Engine Overhauling Work - VEH NO 8030 PN Tadano Crane Model 2012 of Boom, Hydraulic, Electric Work - VEH NO 2438 PN Toyota Parado Model 2016 of Radiator Assy Work - VEH NO 4271 PN Hino Bus Model 2006 of AC System Work - VEH NO 5930 PN Toyota Single Cabin Model 2016 of Complete Dent Paint & Suspension Work - VEH NO 5536 PN Toyota Double Cabin Model 2006 of Complete Dent Paint Work - VEH NO 2202 PN TLC Jeep Model 1992 of Leaf Spring, AC System, Suspension Work - VEH NO 5574 PN Nissan Truck Model 2008 of Complete Dent Paint Work The technical scope includes engine overhauling, radiator assembly, air cylinder repair, accelerator sensor work, AML panel and programmable IC work, boom hydraulic and electric work, dent paint, suspension, and AC system repairs for various vehicle models and cranes. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with MODP/Pakistan Navy and GST registered. Each quotation must be accompanied by a Cross Cheque or Pay Order of Rs. 500/- in favor of 'Yard Service Improvement Fund' as tender document fee. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from bid opening. Quotations must be submitted to the Manager Mechanical Transport (MMT), MTRO by 09-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Tender documents can be collected against a fee from MTRO at NSSD West Wharf Road, Karachi during working hours except Sunday, Saturday & Holiday.
