Supply of All Types of Tyre, Tube & Flap to Headquarters Frontier Works Organization Rawalpindi

Headquarters Frontier Works Organization Rawalpindi invites sealed offers from manufacturers, authorized agents of OEM, importers, stockists, and authorized dealers of importers for the supply of all types of Tyre, Tube & Flap as per the attached format annex 'A' to 'D' given with tender documents. Items being procured: - All Types of Tyre - Tube - Flap Tender documents can be obtained from Headquarters Frontier Works Organization (EME Branch), 509 Kashmir Road R.A Bazar Rawalpindi through application along with Challan Form-(32-A) for Rs. 5,000/- (Non Refundable) in favor of CMA (FWO) Chaklala against account head code no. 0/016/12-FWO overhead G-10419. Bank draft or cheque will not be accepted. Only firms registered with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization or holding valid registration with DGP (Army) / DGDP (photocopy of registration to be provided) and willing to get registered with this Headquarters are eligible to apply. Validity of offers should be up to 31 December 2027. Offers received late or overwritten will not be entertained. The tender will be opened in the presence of sole representatives of quoting firms. In case of closed or forced holidays, tender opening date/time will be considered the next working day. Earnest Money: Bank draft in the name of FWO amounting to Rs. 0.300 Million from registered firms and Rs. 0.500 Million from unregistered firms must be submitted along with the quotation. Earnest Money will be returned after completion of the contract. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 11:00 hours at HQ FWO Rawalpindi, and the tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 hours.
