Supply of Spare Parts for VRF System Indoors and Outdoors Units at EOBI Building Lahore

The Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) on behalf of the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is procuring genuine spare parts for the VRF system installed at the EOBI Building located at 66-M.A. Johar Town, Lahore. This procurement is specific to Lahore and aims to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the VRF system by timely supply of brand new, unused, and genuine components. The technical scope includes supply and delivery of compressors for indoor and outdoor units, main and signal PCBs, electronic expansion valves, temperature and pressure sensors, fan motors and blades, contactors, relays, capacitors, filters, strainers, refrigerant accessories, copper pipes with insulation, and other electrical components. All parts must be fully compatible with the existing system, and suppliers are responsible for verifying make and model prior to supply. The contract duration is six months from the date of signing or commencement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with relevant codes, have active ATL status with FBR, possess a proper business setup, and have at least five years of experience in similar contracts. Bidders must also provide affidavits confirming non-blacklisting and guarantee that all goods are brand new and not refurbished. The tender fee is Rs. 2,500 and a bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS by 12th May 2026 at 1400 hours.
