Supply of Spares for Tk Al-Khalid and Tk T-80UD to Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi for supply of various spares for military tanks under NTN certificates. The procurement is governed by PPRA rules and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - 03x Spares for Tk Al-Khalid on FOR (Import) Basis - 07x Spares for Tk T-80UD on FOR (Import) Basis - 09x Spares for Tk T-80UD on FOR (Indigenous) Basis - Procurement of 50x MT spares (D&M) The delivery period for the spares is 12 to 15 months after signing the contract. Tender documents can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertakings, bank statements, CNIC copies, and certificates proving non-blacklisting and manufacturing or agency agreements. Original challan forms for tender fees must be deposited in government treasury as specified. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 Million) is required through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money. Offers must include this earnest money. The offer validity is 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of store value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
