Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery and General Store Items for Defence Industrial Production and Regulatory Authority

The Defence Industrial Production and Regulatory Authority Directorate General Munitions Production invites sealed tenders from reputed and well-established registered firms or suppliers, including defence organizations, for the supply of stationery, computer stationery, and general store items on a running contract basis for one year ending 30 June 2027. The procurement is based in Rawalpindi and aims to fulfill the requirements of the DGMP office. Bidders must submit a call deposit or bank draft of Rs. 50,000 as earnest money, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The earnest money of the successful bidder will be retained until completion and delivery of all contracted goods. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity and to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bids must be submitted to the CR section office Rawalpindi by 11:30 AM on 12 November 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
