Tender Description
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad invites sealed tenders from GST registered firms for the supply of stationery and non-stationery miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat HQ located in Islamabad, ensuring the office is well stocked with essential supplies for smooth administrative operations.
Items being procured:
- Stationery items
- Non-stationery miscellaneous items
The tender document containing the detailed list of items can be downloaded from the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0, accessible via the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) official website. The scope includes supplying all items at the Secretariat's premises in Islamabad at the supplier's own cost. The procurement emphasizes quality and timely delivery to meet the Secretariat's operational needs.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be GST registered with valid NTN numbers and must provide a certificate confirming they have never been blacklisted. Earnest money of Rs. 160,000 in the form of a call deposit is mandatory, payable to the Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) of the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat. This must be submitted to the Deputy Director (Admin) office before tender opening. Bidders must respond through EPADS version 2.0; no manual or other submissions will be entertained.
The tender opening is scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected. The Secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers as per PPRA rules and may adjust the number of items as needed.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS profile is fully updated and compliant well before the submission deadline to avoid technical disqualification. Also, prepare your earnest money deposit early to avoid last-minute delays. This tender is a valuable opportunity for suppliers specializing in office consumables to establish a government contract with a reputable federal department.
