The Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab invites e-bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, or sellers registered with relevant tax authorities for the supply of various goods. Bidders must submit their bids online via the PPRA e-Procurement System and also physically submit bids within the stipulated time period. Items being procured: - Stationery (Qty: 6,107,000) - Printing (Qty: 5,669,000) - Cost of Other (Qty: 4,055,000) - Computer Stationery (Qty: 5,662,000) - Other (Qty: 5,087,000) - Entertainment & Gift (Qty: 7,500,000) - Purchase of Furniture (Qty: 1,000,000) - Purchase of Machinery (Qty: 2,500,000) - Purchase of I.T Equipment (Qty: 1,000,000) All goods must be brand new, original, and as per specifications. They will be supplied and installed in the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Civil Secretariat, Lahore, within 15 days from the purchase order date. Earnest money/security shall be submitted as per rules. Bids must be submitted online by 07 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title. Eligibility requires registration with tax authorities and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The department will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders.
