Supply of Stationery and Printing Items for FIT-2026 at Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply of stationery and printing items for FIT-2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Items being procured: - Invitation Cards (100 units, 1 Leaf, 2 side printing Art card 300gm 4 color printing & envelope as per sample) - Note Pads (200 units, 15 pages, A5 size, 4 color title, inner single color) - Certificates (4 types: Organizer, Authors, Invited Speakers, General Participants; 400 units each, 4 color digital printing on 300gm A4 size paper) - Conference Display Cards with card pocket and ribbon (4 types, 400 units each, 4 color digital printing, 4.1*3.1 inch) - Executive Pens (300 units with printing as per sample) - Brochures (250 units, 9.5 X 14.5" size, both side printing on 128gm Art paper) - Executive Souvenirs (6 units as per sample) - Conference Shields (50 units as per sample) - Conference Bags (270 units as per sample) - Back Drops with fixing at event point (2 units, sizes 18x25ft & 10x20ft) - Standees with stand (20 units, size 2x5 ft, good quality material) - Sticker Sheets (10 units) The scope includes supply of high-quality stationery and printing materials as per samples provided by Comsats University Islamabad. Delivery is to be made within 25 days from issuance of work order to the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad Capital Territory. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR, not blacklisted, and must submit samples for evaluation. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0, with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance and least cost.
