Supply of Synthetic Enamel and Emulsion Paints at Shershah Depot Multan

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of various synthetic enamel and emulsion paints at its Shershah Depot located in Multan. This procurement is aimed at maintaining and painting infrastructure including filling gantry, tanks, pipelines, walkways, fire water pipelines, steel structures, boundary walls, watch towers, doors, windows, and internal and external walls. Items being procured: - Synthetic Enamel Paint Sparkling Silver (NU-54), 14.560 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Golden Yellow (NU-25), 36.400 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Black, 14.560 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Signal Red (NU-26), 36.400 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Smoke Grey (NU-16), 36.400 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Oster (NU-28), 36.400 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Synthetic White, 14.560 liters - Synthetic Enamel Paint Signal Green (NU-22), 10.920 liters - Weather Shield Paint Smoke Grey (WP20), 109.200 liters - Plastic Emulsion Paint Super Emulsion Ash White (9041), 291.200 liters - Plastic Emulsion Paint Super Emulsion White (9207), 91.000 liters All paints are required in 3.64 liters buckets, with specified quantities and make Berger or equivalent. The scope includes supply of genuine, brand-new, OEM-compliant paints with a one-year warranty. The supplied paints will be used for painting various depot structures and pipelines as per specifications. The Location Engineer holds authority to approve or reject any paint not meeting standards. Eligibility requires compliance with government taxes and warranty terms. Supply must be completed within twenty days from the service order acknowledgment. Penalties apply for delayed delivery at 0.1% per day of undelivered quantity value, capped at 10% of total order value. The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, materials, and transportation. Bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, ensuring earnest money and bid security requirements are met as per PSO guidelines. The submission deadline is 10th October 2026. Bids should be submitted to the designated PSO office in Multan.
