Procurement of 11KV Dropout Cutout (With Fuses & Spares) as per NTDC Specification DDS-49-2009

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 3300 Nos 11KV Dropout Cutout (With Fuses & Spares) as per NTDC Specification DDS-49-2009 & DDS-27:2005 (Amended to date). The supply is on FCS basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The loading and unloading of goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Each unit of 11KV Dropout Cutout shall be supplied with 10 Nos of suitable rating Fuse Links (3K, 6K, 10K, and 15K) fully compatible with the Dropout Cutouts. The cost of Fuse Links is included in the unit price with no additional payment. The delivery schedule requires 100% quantity to be supplied within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order. Items being procured: - 11KV Dropout Cutout (With Fuses & Spares) 3300 Nos including 10 Nos Fuse Links per unit (3K, 6K, 10K, 15K ratings) The technical scope includes compliance with NTDC Specification DDS-49-2009 (Amended to date) and related IEC standards. Inspection and quality control will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and by SEPCO representatives. The supplier must provide inspection certificates and warranty certificates. Packaging must comply with export standards and bear SEPCO markings. Eligibility requires bidders to be pre-qualified/registered suppliers or manufacturers with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category, hold prototype approval if applicable, and be registered with FBR on the Active Taxpayer List. Experience of at least two contracts supplying similar items in the last five years is mandatory. Bid security of Rs. 1,940,400 in PKR is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 14 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Payment will be made in PKR within 30 days of invoice submission and acceptance. The warranty period is 12 months from completion of supply. Warranty claims must be addressed within 90 days at supplier's cost including transportation and repair. Liquidated damages of 2% per month up to 10% of contract price apply for delayed delivery.
