Procurement of 2000 Nos 11 KV Disc Insulators as per NTDC Specification P-7:66 (Amended todate) on FCS Basis at Regional Store Rohri/Larkana

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 2000 Nos 11 KV Disc Insulators as per NTDC Specification No. P-7:66 (Amended todate). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the goods are to be supplied on FCS (Free Consignee Stores) basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. Loading and unloading of the goods shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Items being procured: - 2000 Nos 11 KV Disc Insulators as per NTDC Specification P-7:66 (Amended todate) The technical scope requires compliance with NTDC specifications and IEC standards. Prototype approval from NTDC/PPMC is mandatory within the last three years or must be obtained before mass production at the bidder's cost. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises and by SEPCO representatives. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply completion. The supplier is responsible for repair or replacement of defective goods within 90 days of notification, including transportation costs. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SEPCO/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA/DISCOs, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, financial capacity demonstrated by audited statements, and relevant experience with at least two contracts for 11 KV Disc Insulators in the last five years. Joint ventures up to three members are allowed. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 10:30 AM on October 14, 2026. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:15 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions are not accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submit all required documents including bid security in the prescribed form to avoid disqualification.
