Supply of Termination Kits for GEPCO Ware House Wazirabad

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of termination kits to be delivered free of cost at the GEPCO Ware House in Wazirabad. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget and follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (200 units) - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - I/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - Straight Joints 500MCM Cable (400 units) The scope includes supply of high-quality termination kits suitable for the specified cable sizes, ensuring compliance with NTDC Type Test Policy 2023. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories will be accepted. Bidders must provide bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bid security declarations are accepted where applicable. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ before the deadline. Bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date. Bids without valid type test reports, incomplete documentation, late submissions, or without required bid guarantees will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The tender closing date is 08 October 2026.
