Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the Directorate General Procurement (Army) upon submission of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC of MD, and other relevant certificates. Bid Security of 5% (up to Rs. 1.000 Million) of the quoted value must be attached in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. The offer validity is 120 days from the opening date of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Tenders will be opened in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. Price preference will be given to indigenous firms as per procedure.
