Bid Security of 5% of the quoted value through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is mandatory as earnest money. The offer validity is 120 days from the opening date of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of signing the contract.
