Supply of Various Items Including Generator, Stationery, Plant & Machinery Repair, Furniture, and Feeding for District Police Office Gujrat

The District Police Office Gujrat invites sealed bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules – 2014 for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement covers a diverse range of items essential for police operations and office use in Gujrat. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold Generator (Lubricant) - POL Charges (Lubricant) - Stationary - Computer Stationery - Printing & Publications - Other Items - Misc Store "Purchase & Repair of Transport" - Plant & Machinery Repair of Machinery - Purchase Furniture - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Repair of building (SIPS & Other Buildings) - Feeding (Food For Horses) The bidding process follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes via E-Pads. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (head wise) is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR favoring District Police Office Gujrat. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of tenders. The contract will be awarded to the lowest rate offeror with the highest quality on E-Pads manual bids will not be considered. Tax registration certificates and other relevant documents must accompany the bids. The bid validity is until 30 June 2027. Tender documents can be obtained from the E-Pads & PPRA website. Bids must be submitted by 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late bids will not be accepted. The District Police Office Gujrat reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
