Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the sustainable development of roads in J Block and drainage system upgradation in Gulberg Lahore, as well as repair and maintenance of Multan Road from Chuburji to Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore. These works are to be executed under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Repair & Maintenance of Multan Road from Chuburji to Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore
The technical scope includes comprehensive road development and drainage improvements in Gulberg Lahore and essential repair and maintenance works on a major arterial road in Lahore. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have active NTN and PTNT registrations. Bid security amounts are specified for each work, and all bids must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Eligibility criteria require contractors to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System, submit requisite information to the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, and upload technical and financial proposals strictly as per the tender documents. Financial proposals will only be opened after technical evaluation. Earnest money in the form of a digital bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally.
