Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan) invites proposals from eligible consulting firms or consortia for the donor funded Rural Development and Climate Resilience Project for Gilgit Baltistan (RDCRP). The purpose is to provide technical advisory services for the procurement and selection of an Accredited Financial Institution (AFI). The project is focused on enhancing rural development and climate resilience in Gilgit Baltistan. Eligible bidders must be consulting firms or consortia with relevant experience in financial institution selection and procurement advisory. The method of selection is Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Complete proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP on or before the deadline of 07 September 2026 at 3:00 PM (PST). Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
