Bidders must submit a 25 percent bid security (Earnest Money) in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Only firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, and both technical and financial bids must be submitted online by 24 September 2026, 11:00 a.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before the opening of technical bids.
