Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Girls) Gujrat, operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, is inviting e-bids from experienced firms and contractors for the hiring of transport services for students for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and all interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) to participate. Items being procured: - Transport services for 20 identified school routes: - Mangewal: 57 vehicles, 60 km, 57 students - Shahen Chowk: 57 vehicles, 16 km, 58 students - Lala Musa: 26 vehicles, 38 km, 31 students - Shahbaz Pur: 26 vehicles, 25 km, 30 students - Pir Dull Din Pur: 57 vehicles, 15 km, 60 students - Sheik Pur: 57 vehicles, 16 km, 60 students - Fabat Pur: 57 vehicles, 14 km, 60 students - Didat Nagar: 57 vehicles, 43 km, 60 students - Islam Nagar: 57 vehicles, 26 km, 58 students - Adowal: 26 vehicles, 16 km, 41 students - Trikhal (Trikhali): 26 vehicles, 16 km, 41 students - Staff Gala: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Sattelite Town: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Chah Bakhsha: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Industry Area: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Chah Shera: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Model Town: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Bhola Chowk: 26 vehicles, 17 km, 41 students - Servis Colony: 57 vehicles, 16 km, 58 students - Dherekey: 57 vehicles, 36 km, 58 students The technical scope includes provision of vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with valid refurbishment certificates from the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bidders must submit a 25 percent bid security (Earnest Money) in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Only firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, and both technical and financial bids must be submitted online by 24 September 2026, 11:00 a.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before the opening of technical bids. The opening of financial bids will take place on 10 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the deadline. A practical tip: double-check that your vehicles meet the refurbishment year and certification requirements, as non-compliance will result in rejection.
