Transportation of PASCO Wheat from Sindh Districts to Karachi Food Godowns up to 28-02-2027

The Regional Directorate of Food Karachi invites bids for the transportation of PASCO wheat bags from various districts of Sindh to food godowns and privately hired godowns in Karachi for the crop year 2025-26, with contract period up to 28-02-2027. This tender covers transportation services including loading, unloading, proper stacking of bags up to 15 to 18 layers, and collection and stitching of torn or slack bags with sutli cost included. The contractor bears full responsibility for any shortages or losses en route, recoverable from bills or security deposits. The contract requires provision of adequate labor and trucks daily, with penalties for underperformance and provisions for contract termination without compensation. Eligibility criteria include five years of transportation experience, NTN and SRB registration, financial turnover of at least Rs. 2000 million over the last three years, and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 15 million (1% of estimated cost). Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA EPADS portal and original bid security along with technical documents must reach the Deputy Director Food Karachi office at Sindh Govt. Godown No. 03, Landhi, Karachi before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on 16-09-2026 at 02:30 PM at the same office. The contract period is subject to extension up to 15% of work performed as per SPPRA rules.
