Transportation of Wheat for Crop Year 2025-26 in Larkana Region

The Regional Directorate of Food Larkana invites bids from interested bidders through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the transportation of wheat for the Crop Year 2025-26 up to 28.02.2027 on specified routes. Items being procured: - Transportation of wheat from various WPCs/PRCs of Larkana District to different PRCs of Larkana district (within district) with bid security Rs.264000/= - Transportation of wheat from various WPCs/PRCs of Kamber District to different PRCs of Kamber district (within district) with bid security Rs.379590/= - Transportation of wheat from various WPCs/PRCs of Jacobabad District to different PRCs of Jacobabad district (within district) with bid security Rs.191994/= The scope includes loading, unloading, proper stacking at centers or godowns, and safe transportation of wheat bags with a gross weight of 101 kg per bag. Contractors must ensure safety measures against weather, theft, pilferage, accidental damage, and axle load conditions. The contract requires timely delivery and accountability for shortages or damages. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and SRB for income tax, sales tax, and service tax, active taxpayer status, and experience in handling wheat or similar capacity work for the last 3 years verified by tax records or authority certificates. Transport contractors already working with the Food Department must provide a No Dues certificate from the Deputy Director Food of the respective region. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-PADS Portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) with original bid security and tender fee delivered to the Deputy Director Food Larkana office before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs.5,000 non-refundable. Bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after contract award. The successful bidder must submit performance security at 5% of contract value.
