Tender Description
The Govt. Special Education Centre Mian Channu is inviting bids from income tax and sales tax registered firms for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost for this procurement is **Rs.30,00,000/-**. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP), and all bidding documents, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded online free of cost after publication of this notice.

The scope of supply includes providing uniforms suitable for both winter and summer seasons, ensuring quality and compliance with the requirements set out in the tender documents. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab. The quoted rates should be consolidated and inclusive of all applicable taxes, with no separate breakdown required.
A bid security in the form of a CDR equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost must be deposited through the banking app via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against the generated PSID. Manually submitted CDRs and performance guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount at the time of award, also via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer.
The bid submission deadline is **24-08-2026 at 10:00 AM**, and the bid opening will take place the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the Principal, Govt. Special Education Centre, Mian Channu. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement system before the deadline.
