Up-gradation of Pakistan Handicraft Shop at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore

Punjab Small Industries Corporation invites experienced firms and contractors for the up-gradation of the Pakistan Handicraft Shop located at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Up-gradation works of Pakistan Handicraft Shop at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore The project involves civil and finishing works to enhance the existing handicraft shop facilities. The completion period is 4 months from the date of award. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for the current year in the relevant specialization. Firms must also be legally registered with SECP or government entities and not blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Valid tax certificates from FBR and PRA are mandatory. Earnest money amounting to Rs. 1,440,510 must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Director Works & Development, PSIC Head Office Lahore, at 5% of the tender cost via the e-Procurement portal before the closing date and time. Bidding documents including technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. The technical proposals will be opened on 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, 1st floor, 23-A Davis Road, PSIC House Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders are advised to register immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement system for participation. Bid validity is 180 days from submission.
