Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites bids for the up-gradation of platform no.1 & 2, resurfacing of parking area and approach road, electrification and provision of benches at Lalamusa Railway Station on the LLM-RWP Section. The scope also includes procurement of paint material for painting steel structure and repairing bridges with chemical treatment on the same section. The works are to be completed within 1 to 3 months depending on the item.
This tender is issued by the Pakistan Railways department based in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The technical scope covers civil works including platform resurfacing, road works, electrical installations, painting, and chemical treatment of bridges. The estimated cost for the main up-gradation work is over PKR 30.8 million, with additional smaller contracts for painting and bridge repairs.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for the main work. The last date for submission is 30th June 2026 by 12:00 PM at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
