Upgradation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM

Items being procured: - MECM Upgrade JOB (Qty: 1) The scope of work includes a comprehensive assessment and planning phase involving review of existing MECM 2303 infrastructure, including Primary Site Server, Site Systems, Distribution Points, Management Points, Software Update Points, CMG, SQL Server, and reporting services. The vendor must assess hardware, OS, SQL, and prerequisite requirements for the target MECM version and identify compatibility issues with Windows Server versions, SQL Server versions, ADK, and WinPE add-ons. The upgrade design and implementation phase requires preparation of an upgrade plan and rollback strategy, upgrading MECM Current Branch from version 2303 to the latest supported release, upgrading all site system roles and MECM console versions, upgrading MECM clients across the environment, and updating Windows ADK and WinPE add-ons if required. Post-installation updates and hotfixes must be applied. Validation, health checks, and performance verification are critical, including site replication and database health, client communication, software and application deployments, software updates, patch management, compliance settings, endpoint protection integration, reporting services, and resolving upgrade-related issues. The vendor must review and optimize boundary groups, distribution point configuration, content distribution, SQL database maintenance, and MECM site maintenance tasks.
