Walk-in Registration of New LPDD Vendors for Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Allied Items

Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan invites applications from Pharmacies and Firms registered under the Drugs Act, 1976, DRAP Act, 2012 for registration of Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) Vendors for the supply of Medicines, Surgical Disposables and other allied healthcare items to be procured through Local Purchase on Day-to-Day basis. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Other allied healthcare items The registration process will be conducted in accordance with prescribed Registration Documents. Eligible firms must have established credentials in Technical, Financial and Managerial aspects and possess relevant experience in the supply of the mentioned items to Government institutions. Interested firms must deposit a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 3,000/- in the designated account of Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital and attach the original paid voucher with the application. Registration Documents can be obtained immediately from the Purchase Department of the hospital up to 14-09-2026 till 11:00 AM. A copy of the Registration Documents will also be available on the DG Khan Medical College website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS). A refundable Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- must be submitted in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital along with the application. Applications/documents must be submitted in the Purchase Department on or before 14-09-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives and members of the Local Purchase Vigilance Committee. The sealed envelope must be clearly marked 'Registration of LPDD Vendors (F.Y. 2026-27)'. Applicants must submit a complete company profile with all required registration documents and clearly mention the Representative's Name, CNIC Number and Contact Number in the application. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your application includes the original paid voucher for the registration fee and the refundable Performance Guarantee to avoid disqualification. Timely submission before the deadline is critical as late applications will not be entertained.
