Walk in Registration for Limited Purchase through Quotation (LPQ) or LPDD for Medicine, Surgical Disposable & Laboratory Items at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

This notice invites bidders to register for limited purchase through quotation (LPQ) or limited purchase direct deal (LPDD) for medicine, surgical disposable, and laboratory items at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab. The walk-in registration and interview will be held on 19th September 2026 in the conference room of Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Medicine - Surgical Disposable items - Laboratory items The registration process includes submission of documents and an interview. Documents must be obtained from the Purchase Office starting 9th September 2026 and can also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. A refundable Performance Guarantee of Rs. 35,000/- in the name of Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital is mandatory at the time of interview. No documents will be accepted without this guarantee. The Performance Guarantee will be returned after satisfactory completion of the registration period. Documents must be submitted to the Purchase Office of Holy Family Hospital by 19th September 2026 at 11:30 AM. The interview will be held the same day at 12:30 PM. All documents should be clearly marked with the name to be applied for registration. Vendors must nominate their representative with Name, CNIC, and Contact Number. If the registration date falls on a public holiday, the next official working day will be considered the registration date. The venue and time remain unchanged.
