Supply and Installation of Water Filtration Plant and Accessories

The Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha is procuring a Water Filtration Plant along with various general and miscellaneous items required for its installation and re-installation. This procurement is specific to the Sargodha region and aims to enhance water purification capabilities at the depot. The scope includes supply of a Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of up to 2000 liters per hour, feed water pumps, dosing pumps including chlorine dosing pumps, chlorine for water purification, multiple manual valves, carbon and sand filters, UV lamps for sterilization, filter membranes, flow meters, chemical dosing pumps, gaskets, and static water tanks. All items must be brand new and conform to DGP (Army) approved standards and specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Army installations or Ordnance Depots and willing to register with Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha. Firms should have valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax certificates along with security clearance from General Headquarters or Military Intelligence Directorate. Submission of CNIC copies, photographs of the proprietor, bank statements for the last six months, and an application for registration with the depot is mandatory. Offers must be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing separate technical and financial proposals. The tender documents must reach the depot by 30 April 2026 at 1000 hours, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours. Offers must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties, and must remain valid until 30 June 2026. Delivery will be made to Central Ordnance Depot Sargodha, and part deliveries are not accepted. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are implied through the security and registration conditions. Inspection and testing will be conducted by a Board of Officers or ASID/IAS&C, with costs borne by the bidder.
