Water Supply, Electrical and Maintenance Works at PAF Residential and Non-Residential Areas

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites experienced contractors to submit sealed tenders for comprehensive water supply, electrical, and maintenance works at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) residential and non-residential areas in Rawalpindi. This tender covers a wide range of technical and maintenance services essential for the upkeep and functionality of PAF facilities. Items being procured: - TC External Water Supply Services / Facilities (water supply, Sui Gas, POL) 3.00 (M) - TC Internal Water Supply Services / Facilities (water supply, Sui Gas) 3.000 (M) - Provision of Bazaar Supply (Water Supply Items) 1.988 (M) - TC for Repair / Replacement Overhauling of water filtration plant facility 1.800 (M) - Procurement of Bazaar Supply Material (Chemical for Base RO Plant & Water treatment) 2.968 (M) - Provision of Bazaar Supply Materials (E&M Items) 1.919 (M) - TC E&M for Internal Electrification in Domestic Area 2.000 (M) - TC E&M for Internal Electrification in Technical Area 2.000 (M) - TC E&M External Electrification in Domestic Area (without Cable & Conductor) 2.000 (M) - TC E&M External Electrification in Technical Area (without Cable & Conductor) 2.000 (M) - TC Repair / Maintenance of Generator Set 30 KVA to 400 KVA and AC Plant Facilities 2.500 (M) - TC for B&R Minor works, Maintenance Repair works 3.000 (M) - Repair / Maint of B&R works facility 2.000 (M) The scope includes water supply services involving water, Sui Gas, and POL facilities, repair and replacement of water filtration plants, procurement of chemicals for RO plants, and electrical maintenance including internal and external electrification in both domestic and technical areas. Generator set maintenance and minor building and road repair works are also included. Contractors must be registered with PEC and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar works with government departments or MES is mandatory. Firms must provide valid registration certificates, bank statements, GST, and NTN certificates. Contractors should not have any litigation pending with government departments. The tender documents will be issued after scrutiny of applications. The tender submission deadline is **31 July 2026** by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Interested bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted on time to the MES office in Rawalpindi.
