Water Supply Scheme for Seo Village and Adjoining Area, Kohistan Upper

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites qualified firms to submit quotations for the Water Supply Scheme at Seo Village and adjoining area in Kohistan Upper. This procurement is part of the Dasu Hydropower Project and follows the World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, September 2023. Items being procured: - Water Supply Scheme works for Seo Village and adjoining area, Kohistan Upper The scope includes all necessary civil works and infrastructure to establish a reliable water supply system in the specified area. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above, hold valid Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax registrations, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security of PKR 350,000 is required in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the General Manager/Project Director, Dasu Hydropower Project, WAPDA, Kohistan Upper. Quotations must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Request for Quotation – Water Supply Scheme, Seo Village and Adjoining Area, Kohistan Upper' by 22nd September 2026 up to 1200 hours. Opening of bids will occur at 1230 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
