Installation of Critical Power Backup System to Eliminate the Feeder Shifting Time at Executive Building Islamabad

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the installation of a critical power backup system aimed at eliminating feeder shifting time at the Executive Building Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply and erection of various PVC insulated copper conductor cables of different sizes and lengths - Supply, installation and commissioning of single, double, and triple pole Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) and Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) from approved manufacturers - Providing and laying u-PVC pressure pipes of nominal diameters 1'-1/4" and 1'-1/2" - Supply and fitting of capacitor for ceiling fans - Providing and fixing indoor and outdoor type distribution boxes with specified components - Replacement and maintenance of fridge/chiller compressors - Providing and fixing floating analog temperature gauges for swimming pool - Providing and commissioning heavy-duty electric steam irons - Providing and fixing room cooler metal body - Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of hybrid power inverters of 8kW and 10kW capacity - Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries with Battery Management System (BMS) The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and power backup equipment at the Executive Building site in Islamabad. All materials and equipment must conform to specified standards and be from approved manufacturers. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
