The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement and execution of civil works under the jurisdiction of Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. This tender covers the construction and supply of 2x2 and 2x3 duct lines, supply of 1st class burnt bricks, supply of coarse sand free of dust, road/gate/path crossings for HT/LT underground cables, RCC bases, and construction of transformer plinths as per WAPDA Standard Design Instructions (SDI). The works are to be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory with a total estimated cost of **PKR 16,206,100**. Items being procured: - Supply of sand free of dust (coarse) 110 Cum - Supply of 1st class burnt bricks (standard size) 110,000 Nos - HT single channel duct line 7 KM - HT double channel duct line 5 KM - LT cable duct line 5 KM - Earthwork excavation in very hard soil 1050 Cum - Earthwork excavation in shingle and gravel formation 800 Cum - Dismantling and removing road metling 30 Cum - Providing, lowering & laying RCC cement concrete reinforced pipeline 3000 Mtr - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia 1500 Mtr - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4, 1:3:6, 1:4:8 various quantities - Dismantling cement concrete plain 40 Cum - Brickwork other than building including striking of joints 100 Cum - Cement plaster (1:3) up to 1st floor height 500 Sqm - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work 1050 Sqm - Reinforced cement concrete work 80 Cum - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement 1000 KG - Supply of angles 3 Ton - Providing laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipe line 30 Mtr - Conducting of horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia 30 Mtr The technical scope includes all materials and workmanship as per WAPDA SDI specifications, including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, pipe laying, and reinforcement. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. The bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 portal, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by **October 28, 2026, 09:30 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM.
