National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi is inviting prequalification applications from reputable and experienced IATA-accredited Air Travel Agencies for the provision of comprehensive Air Ticketing Services. The scope includes booking and issuance of both domestic and international airline tickets alongside associated travel services such as hotel reservations, visa facilitation, travel insurance, itinerary planning, ticket revalidation, refund management, and round-the-clock 24/7/365 service support for booking and cancellations as required. Interested firms must demonstrate a minimum of five years relevant experience as a registered Travel Agency. Agencies must hold valid and active IATA membership and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with compliance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The prequalification documents detailing terms of reference, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions can be obtained from the Procurement Office at NUMS ATR Building during working hours (0800-1600) on any working day between Friday, 17th July 2026 and Monday, 10th August 2026 against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 payable via Pay Order in favor of National University of Medical Sciences.
