NED University of Engineering & Technology Procurement Cell Karachi invites sealed bids from experienced Catering & Decoration and Event Management Service Providers for the Arrangement for Convocation 2026. This tender is specifically for service providers capable of managing large-scale university events in Karachi. Items being procured: - Catering services - Decoration services - Event management services The scope includes comprehensive event arrangement for the convocation ceremony, covering catering, decoration, and overall event management. Bidders must ensure high-quality service delivery suitable for a prestigious university event. The contract requires managing arrangements for a large audience, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with university standards. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and SRB with active status, a valid Professional Tax Certificate from the Government of Sindh, and a valid Sindh Food Authority Certificate. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one work order for an event with 8,000 or more persons at public or private universities in the last three years. Audited financial statements and online income tax returns for the last three years must be submitted. The average turnover for the last three years should not be less than PKR 50 million per year. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- confirming no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices is also required. The tender documents are available from 28.07.2026 to 12.08.2026 and must be submitted through EPADS by 13.08.2026 at 11:00 am. The bid security is 5% of the bid cost in the form of a pay order in favor of Director Finance, NEDUET. Bidders are advised to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations will be permitted.
