AUCTION: Installation and Operation of Branding Gantries on Classic Land for Five Years in Rawalpindi Cantonment

The auction will be conducted electronically, and only those fulfilling all requirements will be considered. Items being auctioned: - Installation of Gantry at Kashmiri Road near Mall Plaza (60' x 12' size, EPADS ID not specified) - Installation of Gantry at Kashmiri Road near Naizi Shopping Centre (60' x 12' size, EPADS ID not specified) - Installation of Gantry at Adamjee Road near Rabi Centre, Sadar Bazaar (60' x 12' size, EPADS ID D11133) - Installation of Gantry at Corner of Zone-III, Bank Road near Joe's Corner, Sadar Bazaar (60' x 12' size, EPADS ID not specified) The contract will be awarded for five years on an annual basis, with a 10 percent increase in the contract fee for each subsequent year. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of Rs. 440,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25 percent of the annual auction amount immediately after approval, with the remainder payable in monthly postdated cheques. Only registered firms/groups are eligible, and defaulters of the Cantonment Board are barred from participation.
