Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites interested firms, companies, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and private or public limited companies to participate in an electronic auction for the collection rights of the Suzuki Wagon Stand Fee. This auction is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis and is open to bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, who are also on the Active Taxpayer List. The disposal activity is identified by Disposal Activity ID No. D10486. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights of Suzuki Wagon Stand Fee The auction will be conducted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must have an active EPADS account to participate. The e-auction will remain open until Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 02:00 PM, with evaluation and review taking place on the same day at 03:30 PM. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and active taxpayer status. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works.
