Tender Description
Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is conducting an auction for various types of furniture and fixed assets located in Lahore. The auction is organized by the Utility Stores Corporation and will be held on an 'As it is, where it is' basis. Interested bidders can participate through the EPADS 2.0 platform using the reference number D10064. The auction includes a wide range of items such as office furniture and fixtures, which bidders are encouraged to inspect at the site before submitting their bids.
Participants must be Pakistani nationals with a valid CNIC issued by NADRA, NTN, and GST registration. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Earnest money in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted by 04:30 PM on 02-07-2026 at the Zonal Office, Scheme More, Multan Road, Lahore. The earnest money acts as a security deposit and will be refunded to all except the highest bidder. A certificate on stamp paper worth Rs.100/- confirming that the bidder is not a defaulter or government employee is also required.
The auction will open at 11:00 AM on 03-07-2026 via EPADS 2.0, and the highest bid will be accepted subject to approval by the disposal committee. All quoted prices must include applicable taxes, duties, and levies. Successful bidders must deposit 100% of the quoted amount before lifting the items from designated locations. The quantities listed on EPADS are estimates; payment will be based on actual quantities at the time of collection.
Bidders should submit any queries at least three days before the auction date. The Managing Director of USC will act as the sole arbitrator in case of disputes. A practical tip for bidders is to visit the site beforehand to verify the condition of items, ensuring informed bidding and avoiding surprises during collection.
