AUCTION: Green Fodder (Jawar) at Research Farm Amir Muhammad Khan Campus Mardan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Agriculture Peshawar is conducting an open auction for green fodder (jawar) at its Research Farm Amir Muhammad Khan Campus, Mardan. The auction will be held on Friday, 11 September 2026, at 10:30 AM. The auction is for approximately 115 acres of green jawar fodder, and the sale will be on a weight basis, with payment to be made as per the measured quantity. Items being auctioned: - Green fodder (jawar) crop, approximately 115 acres, at Research Farm Amir Muhammad Khan Campus, Mardan The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the total bid amount on the spot. The bidder must present a valid CNIC for identification. The remaining payment will be collected as per the terms set by the auction committee. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The auction will be conducted under Section 47 of the relevant rules, and any disputes will be handled according to the laws of Pakistan under the supervision of the farm management and the university administration. Interested parties should ensure they arrive on time and bring all necessary documents, including their CNIC and proof of funds. The auction will be conducted transparently, and all participants are advised to inspect the fodder beforehand to assess its quality and quantity. For bidders, it is recommended to visit the site a day before the auction to evaluate the standing crop and clarify any queries with the farm administration. This will help in making an informed bid and understanding the payment and collection process.
