AUCTION: Sale of Maize and Sorghum Crops at UAF Constituent College Depalpur Okara

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The UAF, Constituent College Depalpur Okara, is conducting an open auction for the sale of maize and sorghum crops harvested from agricultural plots 189 and 47. The auction will take place at the college premises on Friday, 25 September 2026, at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in this transparent process for acquiring the rights to these crops for the current season. Items being auctioned: - Maize crop from plot 189 (quantity as per standing crop) - Sorghum crop from plot 47 (quantity as per standing crop) All bidders must display their CNIC and deposit a refundable Earnest Money of 15,000 PKR per lot before participating in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay one-third of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount due upon approval and completion of documentation. An auction commission of 500 PKR will be charged, which is non-refundable. If the successful bidder fails to fulfill the payment or documentation requirements, the Earnest Money will be forfeited, and the lot may be re-auctioned. The auctioned crops must be harvested and removed from the fields within 20 days of the auction date. Any delay will incur additional charges. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The auction decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law. Bidders are advised to inspect the crops before the auction date to assess quality and yield. The auction will be held at the college premises, and all payments must be made via pay order or bank draft. For a successful bid, ensure all required documents and payments are ready in advance.
