AUCTION: Sale of Bank of Khyber Mortgage Property in Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Bank of Khyber invites sealed bids for the sale of mortgage property located in Rawalpindi. The property offered is 10 Kanal land mortgaged with the Bank of Khyber, situated at Khasra No 970,971,973/2, 984, 986, 988 & 990, Khatta No 163/259, Mouza Kalial, Lalazar, Adiala Road, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. Items being auctioned: - 10 Kanal Land Mortgaged with Bank of Khyber at Mouza Kalial, Lalazar, Adiala Road, Rawalpindi The sale is on an "AS IS WHERE IS" and "WHATEVER THERE IS" basis as per the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. The reserve price is Rs. 50,679,424 and bids below this amount will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a Pay Order/Bank Draft as Earnest Money equal to 10% of the offered price in favor of The Bank of Khyber. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 13th October 2026, 1:00 PM at M/S Legis Wits Office No 23, Madina Block, District Courts Rawalpindi. The public opening of bids will be held on 16th October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Conference/Meeting Hall, First Floor, Bank of Khyber, Zahoor Plaza Blue Area Islamabad. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining 90% within 15 days of acceptance. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason. Bidders must inspect property documents and title prior to bidding. The successful bidder will bear all costs related to transfer, taxes, and legal formalities. Refunds to unsuccessful bidders will be made without interest or compensation.
