Tender Description
This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide and install auditorium chairs, wall panels, sofas, and carpet at NFC Institute of Engineering & Technology, Multan. The procurement focuses on high-quality furniture and interior finishing items to enhance the auditorium's functionality and aesthetics in Multan.
The scope includes supply and fixing of 820 auditorium chairs with sturdy M.S. pipe frames, premium foam cushioning, and polished wooden armrests. Additionally, 45 sofas with durable wooden frames and high-density foam cushions will be installed. The carpet covers 10,000 square feet with commercial-grade synthetic fiber and high-density foam underlay. Wall panels include 2,800 sq.ft. of wood plastic composite panels and 6,650 sq.ft. of decorative polyurethane panels, both requiring precise installation for durability and visual appeal. All materials must meet specified quality standards and be installed to client satisfaction.
Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration and maintain active FBR/ATL status for the 2025-26 financial year. The tender requires submission of technical and financial bids separately under the single stage-two envelopes procedure. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory, and suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience, workshop facilities, and financial stability. The evaluation will be based on technical merit and financial competitiveness, with a minimum qualifying score of 60%.
The submission deadline is set for 23rd April 2026 at 13:30 hours, with technical bids opening the same day at 14:30 hours. Bids must be delivered in sealed packages to the Registrar's office at NFC IET, Khanewal Road, Multan. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
