Tender Description
District Police Mianwali invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply and installation of CCTV cameras and UPS systems at various police stations under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. This procurement aims to enhance security and surveillance infrastructure across the district, ensuring reliable monitoring and uninterrupted power supply for critical police operations.
Items being procured:
- Supply and installation of CCTV cameras (quantity and specifications as per tender documents)
- Supply and installation of UPS systems (quantity and specifications as per tender documents)
The technical scope includes provision of high-quality surveillance cameras with night vision, recording capability, and integration with existing security systems. UPS units must be capable of supporting the CCTV setup during power outages, ensuring continuous operation. All equipment must be delivered and installed at designated police stations in Mianwali, with full commissioning and testing required before final acceptance.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must provide valid Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Provincial Sales Tax certificates. Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft equivalent to 2% of the bid value must be submitted with the technical proposal. Bidders are required to submit Annexures A, B, and C (TRF/PRF/Request) as per the tender documents. Only firms with relevant experience in similar supply and installation projects will be considered.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the District Police Mianwali by 11:00 AM on 18-09-2024. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
