Procurement of Nitric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid & Heat Resistant Gloves by Pakistan Mint Lahore

Pakistan Mint Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of chemicals and protective equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the supply of Nitric Acid 2.5 L bottles, Hydrochloric Acid 2.5 L bottles, Sulphuric Acid 2.5 L bottles, Face Masks (3M Code 6059 ABEK1), and Heat Resistant Gloves. Items being procured:\n- Nitric Acid 2.5 L (100 bottles)\n- Hydrochloric Acid 2.5 L (100 bottles)\n- Sulphuric Acid 2.5 L (60 bottles)\n- Face Mask 3M Code 6059 (5 qty)\n- Heat Resistant Gloves (12 qty)\n The chemicals must be analytical grade from brands such as Merk, BDH, Sigma and supplied in sound, leak-proof, chemically compatible and properly labeled containers. Transportation, loading, and unloading of all items shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder. Delivery is to be made at Pakistan Mint, GT Road, Lahore within 30 days of contract award. The supplier must ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements and provide complete technical specifications including country of origin. Bidders must be registered on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR and submit a bid security of Rs. 70,000 in the form of CDR, Banker Cheque, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore. Payment will be made after inspection by the Inspection Committee and upon presentation of valid sales tax invoice. The bidding process will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 with bids submitted electronically before the deadline of Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
